What Kind of Coach Are You?

More and more managers are transitioning to coaching as an effective way to manage or improve an employee’s performance. Coaching is about empowering and developing employees in an informal manner to help them achieve new skills, abilities, and give constructive feedback. It is a great way to provide reinforcement of desirable behaviors as well as highlight behaviors that need to be addressed and discussed in a more comfortable way. In this presentation, attendees will learn effective coaching techniques, steps to providing feedback, and participants will take a test to learn “what kind of coach you are.”
