The University’s Employee Coaching System
The University of Louisville is committed to providing every regular university employee the opportunity to perform at his or her highest level. The key to fulfilling this commitment is effective supervisor/employee communication, which includes both feedback on past performance and coaching for the future.
The university’s employee coaching system has been designed to encourage departmental creativity and innovation, and provides multiple certified approaches for different operational needs. You can select from the certified approaches offered here, or design a system that meets your department’s unique operational needs and then work with HR to have it certified.
