The University of Louisville Conflict of Interest Policy, previously published as PER 1.03, has been superseded and replaced by institutional and individual conflict of interest policies approved by the Board of Trustees on November 12, 2009 and the UofL Compliance oversight Council on 15 November 2010.
Conflict of interest policies are administered by the Conflict of Interest Office and are available at http://louisville.edu/conflictofinterest/policies
