This pay group identifies certain permanent/regular faculty who would work an annual contract (July 1 to June 30) if full-time, and whose employment contracts are formally approved by the Board of Trustees.  By special exception of the Board of Trustees, employees in this pay group have a reduced academic load and will be working as a half-time employee for two years or as a one-third-time employee for three years immediately prior to actual retirement.
