2015 - 2016 Salary Pool Notification

Colleagues,

The 2015-2016 Salary & Wage Guidelines will be released to the Campus community this week.

The salary increase pool is 3%.

Salary increases for Staff will consist of a 1.5% Cost of Living Adjustment plus a performance based merit of 1.5% for an Outstanding, 1.0% for an Exceeds Expectations and 0.5% for a Meets Expectations.  An equal percentage of remaining pool funds will be evenly distributed to staff with a Meets Expectations rating or better.

Salary increases for Full-time and Permanent Part-time Faculty and Administrators will range from 0 – 6% and is based entirely on merit.  Faculty paid from instructional lump sum funding will receive a 3% cost of living increase.

Employees with a Needs Improvement rating are not eligible for an increase.

Human Resources will conduct information sessions to answer questions on this year’s Salary & Wage Guidelines for anyone responsible for administering salary increases on Thursday, May 14, at 2 p.m. and Tuesday, May 19, at 3 p.m. in the Human Resources Administration Building, 1980 Arthur Street.
