COVID-19 Cost Waivers and Telehealth Visits for Employees on UofL Health Plans
Posted 5.26.20For employees and dependents on a UofL health plan, copays, coinsurance and deductibles will be waived for diagnostic testing related to COVID-19, as well as the in-network visit associated with COVID-19 testing (whether at doctor’s office, urgent care or ER). In addition, UofL will waive the member cost share for LiveHealth online visits and provider telehealth visits through September 13, 2020. View more information on LiveHealth Online.
Affordable Care Act - IRS Form 1095-C for Tax Year 2019
As a result of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, you may receive a tax form known as the 1095-C. This form confirms your employer offered you affordable and essential health care coverage if you worked an annual average of 30 hours per week for the 2019 tax year. The IRS deadline for employers to provide the Form 1095-C to employees is March 2, 2020.
