Vendor Listing Information

Businesses that offer discounts to University of Louisville faculty, staff and/or retirees and are interested in being listed in the Employee Discount Program must email a completed Employee Discount Program Vendor Listing Form (PDF) to discounts@louisville.edu.  An independent review will be conducted of all potential and existing discount vendors through the Better Business Bureau of America (BBB). 

Requirements

• The discount offered must be a minimum of 10 percent.
• Submissions must include a publishable name, address and phone number.
• The discount must require that a UofL ID is used to obtain the discount or if online, a special online access code shall be made available specific for university employees.
• The vendor must be listed with an "A" grade with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Please note that we do not require accreditation with the BBB.  If the business drops below the "A" rating with the BBB, the business will be removed from the program.
• Submissions must be made as the business would like the advertisement to be listed.  It is the responsibility of the business to update any discount or contact information.
