JOB SUMMARY

Manage, oversee, prepare and program alumni and other biographical information for the department and the University.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee, program, manage and prepare department and University requests for biographical information on Alumni and donors.

Oversee the document imaging system.  Responsible for reviewing and editing of the documents.

Create and submit layouts for the Development and Alumni Support Services to Printing and Publication Services.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in information management or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

Four years related experience.  An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
