Provide triage-nursing assistance to patients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Perform patient triage duties over the telephone and in clinical setting and assist with medical procedures as needed.
Provide oversight of medical assistant surveillance for quality assurance indicators. Develop medical office procedural protocols with medical director. Develop skill checklist for medical assistant's weekly checklist reviews.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Requires a degree in Nursing, Registered Nurse, certified license in the state of Kentucky.
EXPERIENCE
Three years of related experience.
