JOB TITLE: Enterprise Systems Programmer III

Responsible for the installation, maintenance and problem analysis on operating system hardware and software across all enterprise systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the identification, isolation and resolution of complex incidents across multiple technologies.
Mentors other Systems Programmers in the installation, configuration and maintenance of complex server hardware, storage equipment and system software.
Develop standards and procedures.
Train and assist operators and users.
Assign and review the work of other systems programmers.
Maintain technical proficiency through self education.
Perform related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Four years of experience as a Systems Programmer or Computer Specialist.
Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements.
