JOB TITLE: Enterprise Systems Programmer II

Responsible for the installation and maintenance of operating system hardware and software across all enterprise systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the resolution of general to complex incidents across multiple technologies.
Provide problem determination and assignment of appropriate services priorities and escalation as required
Evaluate, select, and implement computer operating systems software options.
Develop standards and procedures.
Maintain technical proficiency through self education
Train operators and users.
May assign and review work of other system programmers.
Perform related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Three years of related experience.
Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirement.
