JOB SUMMARY

Provide individual and group counseling and consultation for students and faculty and staff for student issues. Conduct outreach programs to special student groups including international student populations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

Provide individual and group counseling for students

Provide consultation to faculty and staff regarding student issues

Conduct outreach programs, including presentations and seminars

Provide intake services for students

Maintain individual and group records

Continue professional growth and development

Assist with crisis situations

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS

Requires a Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.  Kentucky State licensure required.

EXPERIENCE

Two years of related counseling experience. Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirement.
