JOB TITLE:               Enrollment Management Research Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

Provide data collection, analysis, and dissemination support for various Enrollment Management projects.  Develop statistical program and interpret results to support management decisions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support in Enrollment Management data collection, analysis, program development, interpretation, and dissemination to profile student characteristics and enrollment trends related to Enrollment Management initiatives, and University Scorecard enrollment goals.

Participate in the development of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).  EPM effort will be in concert with data warehouse initiative in the Office of Planning and Budget and the Office of the Provost.

Respond through the Assistant Vice President to the President, Provost, Vice Presidents, Deans and Department Chairs regarding Enrollment Management data requests.  Coordinate enrollment data collection from academic units and departments.  Direct the implementation and use of the new PeopleSoft Reporting Data Mart (RDM).

Develop and maintain documentation on all assignments, including data warehouse documentation (EPM) and Reporting Data Mart )RDM) documentation.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS

Master’s degree emphasizing higher education, educational research, and statistics or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

Three years of related experience.
