JOB TITLE: Psychometrician

Administer and score psychological tests on children and interpret the resulting data.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer psychological tests: intelligence, aptitude, achievement, and others.
Time and record results.
Interpret test results in light of standard norms and limitations of tests in terms of validity and reliability.
Take and assess anthropometric measurements.
Analyze data and prepare for computer analysis.
Observe and record behavior exhibited during testing unit.
Attend to the needs of children during visits to testing unit.
Assist in the designing and refining of behavioral rating scales and assessment procedures.
Perform related duties as required.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
One year's experience in Testing Children or in Pre-School Education. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
