JOB TITLE:  Administrative Manager - C.E.C.

CLASS CODE:  001452    GRADE: 130

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the administration of multiple clinical programs, and for the coordination of grant funding, budget development and administration regulatory compliance and manages the operations department

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administers multiple clinical programs.

Manages all operations departments.

Administers all grant funding.

Work in conjunction with the director to develop, implement, and evaluate new programs and models of service.

Develop and maintain cost beneficial relationships with third parties, including government and commercial programs.

Develop and maintain operating budgets, accounting, and develop/implement and analyze financial management reports.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS:

Master's degree in a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

Six years of experience in a related field.  An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
