JOB TITLE: Grant Facilitator

Facilitate the flow of grant submission paperwork for all investigators. Prepare budgets for grant submission. Coordinate submission of abstracts and manuscripts.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare all grant submission paperwork to various agencies.
Work closely with investigators to prepare budgets for grants. Meet individually with investigators to discuss each grant application, the requirements and deadlines.
Type grants text. Prepare graphics and generate bibliography using reference manager.
Ensure appropriate regulatory compliance with all funding agencies and act as a liaison for external contacts.
Maintain a record of all grant and abstracts deadlines and report to staff. Maintain record of grants and abstracts submitted. Search databases for funding opportunities.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Three years of related field experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
