JOB SUMMARY
Serve as a Lead Teacher for an Infant-Toddler classroom at the Child Care Center, carrying out a daily schedule of activities for children and preparing reports for the center’s Director.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide for the physical and emotional care of children at the Child Care Center.
Plan and implement creative, play-based learning activities.
Conduct developmental evaluations.
Supervise students and volunteers.
Facilitate parent involvement.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Associate’s degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
One year of experience working with infants and toddlers. An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
