JOB TITLE: Director, Standardized Patient Program

Direct, develop, coordinate, and evaluate all aspects of the Standardized Patient Program (SPP).
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit, train, and supervise the standardized patients.
Oversee the operation of all aspects of the Clinical Assessment Center, including staff, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinate and oversee the development, delivery, and assessment of all SP teaching and testing programs, including audiovisual requirements.
Coordinate the development of SP cases.
Maintain program records and materials.
Oversee marketing and public relations for the SPP.
Coordinate faculty development programs.
Produce statistical analyses and reports of the SPP.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Master's degree in a health related field.
Five years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
