Administer all Financial Aid scholarship programs at the University of Louisville.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Administer all university scholarships and graduate assistantships.
Serve on the selection committees for all admissions based scholarships.
Assist the Vice President for Student Affairs in writing scholarship proposals for general fund monies.
Develop new scholarship programs.
Prepare training materials and conduct training for staff.
Conduct weekly staff meetings.
Supervise and train graduate assistants responsible for customer service.
Supervise Academic Advisor and support staff.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Master’s degree in Business, Guidance and Counseling, Student Personnel Services, or related field.
Five years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
