JOB TITLE: Financial Systems Specialist, Senior

Oversee the FRS System and other interfaces including PeopleSoft, making sure the system runs without any problems. Analyze and provide possible solutions to problems that appear.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Serve as primary liaison between Financial Administration and the PeopleSoft team for the development of the HR interfaces.
Test and analyze data from all interfaces from the PeopleSoft systems and provide information to the PeopleSoft team.
Test all fixes and enhancements to FRS/APS/FPR systems.
Create, test, and maintain the business rules for the InDepth system.
Oversee FRS/APS daily, weekly, and monthly job processing.
Install and provide assistance and training for ADHOC reporting software.
Develop Crystal Reports to be used in the InDepth system.
Assist in the development and maintenance of the Website for Financial Administration.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or related field and a proficiency with programming.
Six years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
