JOB TITLE:  Coordinator, Student Program Development

JOB SUMMARY

Coordinate all activities related to student program development for the College of Business and Public Administration.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

Develop and implement a system that will collect, analyze, and interpret, student data and information about the College of Business and Public Administration undergraduate and graduate programs.

Create and manage a recruiting plan to identify top scholars and other prospects for the CBPA undergraduate and graduate programs.

Coordinate special projects for the CBPA with relationship to academic and career development for the undergraduate and graduate students.

Develop, implement, and facilitate a CBPA freshman campus culture course.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS

Master's degree in College Student Personnel or related field.

EXPERIENCE

Two years of related experience with experience in modern data bases and tools of analysis, and student program development. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted
