Manage project for three-year rural health education initiative, the Kentucky Interdisciplinary Community Screenings (KICS) federal contract.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Coordinate and lead KICS planning meetings, student recruitment and communications, dissemination of information, training and execution of annual health screenings.
Provide supervision and final oversight in arrangements, provision of supplies and equipment, design and printing of forms, data collection and analysis, and program communications.
Design and arrange local health education program for local providers.
Coordinate and prepare annual federal progress report and technical reports for federal funding sources.
Develop student-tracking system for all disciplines to monitor KICS impact to practice decisions upon graduation.
Network and provide linkages between the university, community partners, AHED offices, and community volunteers during the project year.
Recruit students and potential partners.
Design and execute promotional campaign for annual health education trainings for local providers.
Design, write and circulate program newsletter.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
Seven years of related experience.
