JOB TITLE: Coordinator, Donor Relations **

Coordinate the stewardship activities for the university and the Development Office.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Create and maintain hardcopy files for over a thousand endowed accounts that include over two hundred Income Principle Accounts.
Send over eight hundred annual Endowment Activity Report request forms to units in schools and colleges on the financial status of each endowment.
Ensure that units are aware of all endowed accounts for which they are responsible and provide backup materials as needed.
Monitor and maintain internal stewardship tracking database for over eight hundred endowed accounts.
Coordinate information with the Support Services staff. Work with the Director of Planned & Deferred Giving and the Support Services staff to create and maintain complete hardcopy files on all deferred gifts.
Identify annually all new donors of $5,000 or more who have donated to an existing endowment account that requires stewardship.
Interact with the Coordinator of Media/Marketing to create brochures that identify scholarships and fellowships throughout the university and unit-specific brochures.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Communications or a related field.
Two years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
