JOB TITLE: Director, Child Welfare Resource Development Project

Direct, develop and plan program activities for the Cabinet for Families and Children (CFC) regional offices.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Develop and oversee specific training and organizational development projects for CFC Jefferson and Salt River Regions.
Direct the evaluation and reporting of Child Welfare Resource Development Project and any other state and federal programs that may evolve.
Inventory and access faculty and other professional staff at the University of Louisville that can assist CFC Jefferson and Salt River Regions meet training and organizational development needs.
Assist Kent School research faculty with outcome training for CFC regions.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Master's degree in Social Work.
Six years of related experience, with experience in training, and program evaluation in human services. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
