JOB TITLE: Field Training Coordinator, DDC
CLASS CODE: 001235  

JOB SUMMARY

Develop, coordinate  and manage daily operations of the DDC-Autism Community Training Project.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and lead field operations involving other agencies in the area.

Develop employment model and train teams at pilot sites throughout Kentucky for promoting employment of people with autism.

Develop and implement evaluation components.

Procure additional support through contracts and grants. 

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS

Master's degree, advanced degree (MA or equivalent) in Special Education or related field.

EXPERIENCE

Five years of experience in working with individuals with autism and other pervasive developmental disabilities, and in developing and implementing school-based programs. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
