Perform routine work following established procedures and methods within the office system.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Handle all reception and phone contact responsibilities.
Make appointments within prescribed appointment schedules.
Provide information and answer routine questions either in person for via phone conversation.
May operate various office machines.
Open, data and route office mail.
Handle form letters for various situations.
May type letters, forms, reports, and cards from rough draft or corrected copy.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Requires a high school diploma.
Six months of related experience. Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements.
