JOB SUMMARY
Develop and implement pediatric and community liaison program. Perform psychiatric evaluation and psychotherapy of emotionally disturbed children and their families.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Develop, implement, direct and evaluate pediatric and community liaison program for Child Psychiatric Services.
Provide psychiatric evaluations and counseling for children and adolescents including emergency care.
Conduct diagnostic assessments, provide structured and unstructured interviews and evaluate and process clinical data.
Plan and coordinate clinic experience and supervise clinical work of child psychiatric nursing graduate students.
Supervise clinical work of interdisciplinary child psychiatric team members and attend seminars.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Master's degree in Psychiatric Nursing, Clinical Social Work or Clinical Psychology. Licensure in Clinical Social Work, Clinical Psychology or Psychiatric Nursing. Registered in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
EXPERIENCE
Four years of related experience.
