Specify, order, coordinate and install equipment and furnishings for new and renovated construction projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Determine equipment and furniture needs and appropriate space allocation by canvassing the prospective user.
Prepare estimates and budgets for specific projects.
Plan, coordinate and design layout for construction projects.
Prepare requisitions and supervise delivery and installation of items.
Investigate new sources of furnishings and equipment that meet University requirements.
Perform related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
Two years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
