Responsible for the administration and monitoring of current records systems within a unit. Coordinate the development of computerized records system and oversee staff use to maintain quality of system.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Coordinate and oversee flow of records information within a unit.
Recommend and implement new systems to facilitate and improve flow of information while maintaining the integrity of system.
Implement and oversee Quality Assurance Program to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Administer polices and procedures for the retrieval, disposition and storage of information and records.
Train and supervisor personnel.
Perform related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Appropriate records management certification may be required.
Three years of related experience.
An equivalent combination of education, truing and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
