JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the administration and monitoring of current records systems within a division. Direct the development of computerized records system and coordinate staff use to maintain quality of system.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Administer flow of records information within a division.
Recommend and implement new systems to facilitate flow of information.
Implement and manage Quality Assurance Program to ensure compliance with federal and State regulations.
Develop and administer policies and procedures for the retrieval, disposition and storage of information and records. Supervise staff use to maintain quality of system.
Perform related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Appropriate records management certification may be required. Appropriate records management certification may be required.
EXPERIENCE
Four years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
