JOB SUMMARY
Coordinate special projects, management of information system including database development and maintenance, computer (PC) hardware and software support for the University, and assisting with facilities management.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Manage the school's information system.
Provide computer hardware and software support for the College; recommend computer products needs and purchase justification forms; design software programs and training manuals, train faculty, staff and students.
Manage outcomes assessment programs including assembling surveys, collecting and analyzing data and preparing reports for the Dean and Associate Dean.
Provide support to develop quality assurance activities, create reports and special analyses on the computer system.
Conduct spreadsheet analysis using data derived from sources such as the clinical computer, University financial reports, etc.
Assist with other computer related needs as requested.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field.
EXPERIENCE
Two years of computer software programming experience.
An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
