Develop, direct and coordinate activities of a designated program.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement policies and procedures relating to program administration.
Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures for the program.
Hire, train, supervise and evaluate program staff.
Prepare and maintain financial, academic and other administrative reports.
Develop and coordinate operational, fiscal and personnel activities.
Develop and implement specific program and proposals.
Direct activities involved in programmatic materials.
Perform related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
EXPERIENCE
Four years of experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted. For the requirements noted.
