JOB SUMMARY
Direct and coordinate the activities of a designated program.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement policies and procedures relating to program administration.
Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures for the program.
Hire, train, supervise and evaluate program staff.
Prepare written descriptions of program procedures and results for project proposals and reports.
Assist in the development and implementation of specific programs and proposals.
Liaison with associated University departments, community groups and agencies.
Prepare and maintain financial, academic and other administrative reports.
Direct activities involved in programmatic materials.
Perform related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
EXPERIENCE
Three years of experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
