Develop, coordinate and manage management information systems, data bases and computer information systems in the College of Business and Public Administration. Position will also be responsible for coordinating the preparation and administration of the college budget.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Develop, maintain, manage and analyze relevant faculty and student data bases for administrative decision-makers; create and maintain computer/management informational systems.
Identify key accountability measures; analyze information and prepare revenant reports.
Recommend administration polices based on data and execute when policy is put in place.
Prepare budgets and financial reports and conduct proper oversight.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related field.
Five years of related experience.
An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
