JOB SUMMARY
Direct, develop, and assess technology, college facilities, and capital equipment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct strategic planning and assessment related to technology, college facilities, and capital equipment, and mark recommendations to the Dean for allocation.
Develop implementation plans for strategic initiatives related to technology and provide planning, coordination, and support for college wide and departmental technology projects.
Coordinate construction, renovation, and maintenance of college facilities.
Supervise academic and administrative computing in the Dean's Office, including equipment procurement and maintenance, software procurement and support, and information collection and management.
Schedule college facilities for each semester, work with University Planning, Design, and Construction to improve scheduling system, and improve utilization.
Supervise staff in the Dean's Office directly involved with technology support and facilities management.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND SKILLS
Master's degree in a technical or business related field.
EXPERIENCE
Four years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
