JOB SUMMARY

Develop and implement research protocols, coordinating activities with Research manager and Director. Assist in the coordination of the research activities including formulating research goals, preparing proposals and writing grant proposals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

Compile, analyze and report data received from research.

Design computer spreadsheets, graphics and descriptive statistical analysis.

Participate in writing and publication of results and data compiled from studies.

Identify and enter appropriate patients into research, complying with established protocol.

Serve as liaison between funding sources and participating medical departments and personnel. 

Prepare various reports, manuscripts, slides and other materials.

Participate in the completion of grant application in research projects.

Serve as a primary nutrition instructor for medical students, staff, residents and fellows.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Science or related field. Registered Dietitian issued by American Dietetic Association, State of Kentucky Licensed Dietitian and certified Nutritional Support Dietitian. 

EXPERIENCE

Four years of related experience
