JOB SUMMARY
Lead a group of programmers in the design and development of computer based information system.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the work of a programming team.
Assist in the development of large, complex, computer-based information systems, including program design development, system and program specifications, system testing, documentation, and implementation.
Design, write, test, debug, and document computer programs.
Provide programming and analysis supports.
Assist in resolution of problems in assigned systems.
Assist in project control, including cost estimating and programming coordination.
Assist in training other programmers.
Assist in developing internal standards and procedures.
Develop skills through continued training and self education.
Perform related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
EXPERIENCE
Five years of related Computer experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
