Assist in maintaining and operating systems software.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and apply general software maintenance.

Research systems problems and obtain a vendor supplied fix or work with vendor to develop a fix.

Evaluate, select, and implement computer operating systems software options.

Develop standards and procedures.

Assign and maintain user accounts.

Train operators and users.

Perform related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

EXPERIENCE

Two years of related experience.

An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
