Develop and Administer Cooperative Education Program of the College.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop co-op positions through direct contact with business, non-profit, and governmental employers.
Develop and implement targeted marketing plans for students, employers, and faculty involving media development and presentations.
Recruit, screen, and refer appropriate candidates for co-op positions.
Develop and present orientation sessions and training workshops for prospective co-op students.
Design and administer evaluation instruments to facilitate continuous improvement process.
Supervise support staff and graduate student interns.
Serve as a liaison between employers and college to enhance job development activities and to coordinate credit component.
Perform related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND SKILLS
Bachelor's Degree in related field.
Three years of related experience.
