Plan and coordinate programs related to the University's extramural grant solicitations. Provide support for faculty and staff in their efforts to secure funding for special projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify appropriate University faculty to respond to specific extramural solicitations.
Coordinate and organize the implementation of multi-investigator/ center projects.
Maintain working knowledge of current research interests of faculty.
Communicate with external funding offices to clarify current procedures, guidelines and policies.
Provide administrative management of extramural programs as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND SKILLS
Master's degree with coursework in Research Methodology. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
Two years of experience in Research related field.
