Job Summary
Manage and supervise the operations of Inventory Control, Central Receiving, and the University Stockroom.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily operations of Property Management, Central Receiving, and Central Stores.
Interview, train, evaluate, and organize work schedules of subordinates.
Help develop policies and assist in presentation of Unit Training Workshops.
Prepare special reports and projects.
Monitor and reconcile unit budgets and make recommendations to the Director of Purchasing.
Conduct periodic sales of surplus property; conduct annual inventory of Central Stores; reconcile property records with Financial Administration records.
Knowledge, Training and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, or related field.
An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
Experience
Four years of experience.
