Assist in providing financial and administrative services for the School of Medicine.
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor the School of Medicine budget and expenditures throughout the fiscal year.
Serve as liaison between the Budget Office and departments within the School of Medicine.
Provide technical advice to the Unit Business Managers within the School of Medicine.
Plan, direct and control the fiscal activities for the School of Medicine Dean's Office.
Assist and provide financial advice to the Assistant Vice President for Hospital Affairs/Administration and Finance.
Prepare the annual budget for the School of Medicine endowment accounts' coordinate the preparation of annual reports to donors.
Knowledge, Training and Skills
Master's degree in Business or related field.
Seven years of related experience.
An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
