JOB SUMMARY
Administer, analyze, and evaluate psychological testing and observation of children participating in the research program.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer psychological tests to infants and children and make observational ratings of the children’s temperament.
Assist in designing and/or in modifying behavioral rating scales and assessment procedures.
Score raw data, prepare data for computer analysis, and analyze data.
Perform structured behavioral vignettes with children.
Make observational record of behaviors exhibited during visits and testing periods.
Operate videotape and other associated equipment.
Assist in training and direction of Psychometricians or other assigned staff.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree with major work in Psychology, Elementary Education, or related field.
EXPERIENCE
Two years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
