Manage and conducts various research projects, directs associated staff, and develop program policies and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct experimental procedures on various research projects.
Research, prepare, and edit manuscripts and research proposals.
Plan, implement, and evaluate project components.
Train and supervise professional, technical, clerical, and student support staff.
Recommend purchase of equipment, order materials and supplies.
Insure equipment is properly maintained and repaired when necessary.
Maintain project financial records.
Coordinate and schedule work flow and personnel activities.
Perform related duties as required.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in a related field. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
EXPERIENCE
Six years of related experience.
