Provide assistance in matters of academic planning and direct academically related administrative functions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Provide academic and personal counseling for students.
Perform studies and statistical analysis to provide the basis for future planning of academic goals and objectives.
Supervise and coordinate operations of the Student Records Office
Direct administrative procedures related to processing admissions applications, registration, and class schedules.
Order textbooks and contact publishing companies.
Prepare written materials for the catalog and other publications.
Monitor the implementation of academic plans and programs.
Develop a data base for policy decisions, preparing questionnaires and gathering and directing the input of information.
Conduct follow-up studies with graduates.
Perform related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Three years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
