Develop, coordinate and maintain a Website for a unit or department.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, implement, integrate and deliver Internet resources published on Website.
Coordinate and maintain the overall design, structure and image quality of Web pages at a user-friendly level as well as monitor for reliability of links.
Serve as a primary resource person for Web design or creation and provide technical support.
Configure and administer the Web server(s) and related software including search engines, site management and security in Novell, Windows NT and Unix environments.
Assess new trends in Web technology and formulate appropriate responses.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Science or related field.
Two years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
