Assist with the advising and recruitment of medical school applicants.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor, test and advise regarding software systems.
Liaison with premed advisors, make recruitment presentations and advise students.
Coordinate GEMS Program, develop activities and advise students and coordinate selection.
Create recruitment materials and oversee web page.
Assist in revising Admissions Office procedures.
Assist in supervising Admissions Office staff and student volunteers.
Other duties assigned by Associate Dean and Vice Dean for Admissions.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Marketing, Communications, Psychology or Business.
Three year of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
