Coordinate the clinical, educational, and editorial aspects of the Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
Initiate, develop, and organize all major departmental events.
Develop and organize department related postgraduate courses and lectures.
Implement programs to achieve departmental goals.
Monitor collection and compilation of departmental statistics.
Identify, develop, and organize quality assurance monitors; analyze and prepare quality assurance reports.
Serve as representative to Quality Care Committee and Graduate Medical Education Committee.
Participate in local and national meetings to improve knowledge base for improving job skills.
Prepare research lecture material and departmental reports.
Maintain calendar of educational events and resource information.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Training and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Four years of combined experience in nursing, counseling and parent education, research techniques and experimental design, and program organization and management.
