JOB SUMMARY

Supervise operations personnel in the 7 day, 24 hour operation of a complex computer system, associate peripheral equipment, and data communications network. Oversee turnover of production systems to insure adherence to standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage personnel in operations of complex computer systems, peripheral equipment and data communications network.

Manage personnel in production job turnover and major system implementation.

Manage maintenance activities of production documentation and libraries.

Manage major application changes with user and programming.

Manage major system changes with vendors and technical support.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Data Processing or Business Management.

EXPERIENCE

Three years related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
