Serve as support to the Director of Residence Administration and perform specific responsibilities in the areas of staffing and programming.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Coordinate selection, training and supervision of all student and professional staff.
Plan, produce and coordinate all publications and on-campus programming staff.
Assist with coordination of total Housing Program.
Provide development programs for professional staff.
Plan and implement security staff training programs.
Coordinate judicial procedures and responses.
Conduct conflict resolution, crisis intervention and counseling.
Perform other related duties.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Master's degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education, Counseling or a related field.
Six years of related experience.
An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
